I asked about there services on the phone, I was told No office visit with shots. Which I was charged anyways, they took it upon themselves to do services not asked of them then charged me extra. When I confronted the receptionist about my concern regarding the bill she was VERY rude! Also because I was 1 day late getting my pet back in for booster shots she decided to REDO the WHOLE shot process which would have cost me in total over $240 JUST FOR SHOTS (The first set of shots then 2 boosters afterwords, which turned into 4 shot visits instead of 3)!!! RIDICULOUS! I choose to get my dog treated by a different clinic not looking to make a buck, and whom also informed me what I dealt with at this clinic was very unethical he stated there's no reason to charge $240+ for shots alone. I very much so agreed and want others to be aware.
