The rudest receptionist ever!!. I was referred to this clinic by a company named Halo International. My dog just passed away and I wanted to purchase an urn for his ashes. Halo told me that this clinic had their catalog and could order one for me. The woman who answered the phone was so rude, she called me "honey" in a demeaning way even when I told her that Halo Intl. had referred me. She stated "Honey that is not us". She would not listen to me or check to see if they indeed had a catalog. Why would the manufacturer lie to me about where their products are sold since Halo Intl does not sell to the public? This woman at Pomeroy just said "Go online for that" (meaning my beloved puppy's urn) How insensitive and rude. I will be calling Halo Intl and telling them this and not to do business with such insensitive people. This woman did not even say she was sorry I just lost my dog (a Yorkie). I will be telling everyone about this clinic, please find someone who is sensitive to your needs.

Dr. Pomeroy is fantastic! We found him when we moved to St. Paul and continue going to him even now that we live in Stillwater. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is a very, caring vet. He even called us from his vacation to check on our dog!
