I have nothing but good things to say about Flying Cloud. We see either Dr Peterson or Dr Krall, both of whom we love. We have 2 cats, one totally healthy tabby, and one tabbico who has some health issues. They are extremely good and taking care of both cats. We also had a 3'rd cat die of feline leukemia, and they handled that well also, from diagnosis until he passed away. Before finding Flying Cloud we used 1 vet in Chaska and 1 in Shakopee and were not satisfied with either. Flying Cloud is fantastic. I can't recommend it enough.

Didn't inform me that they do their bordetella shots in sequences and it cost much more than another vet i had gone to with my old dog. Staff is rude and constantly putting me on hold. seem to be too busy to really put in an effort to 'care' about your pet.

One vet is good but the rest are not. We always tried to see Dr. Harris. When my cat's condition deteriorated drastically and I phoned for help, the staff seemed to box me for a euthanisia appointment saying Dr. Harris would consult with us prior. Upon our arrival he dispensed with Sameow faster than I was prepared. Sameow may not have thrived more than a few more months, or perhaps he could have. I will never know. On the positive side, we were never forced into vaccinations that we didn't want throughout our 8 years.

Overall I would not recommend this clinic. My 3 year old cat Zeik was very ill (sudden illness) so I brought him in asap. He was sent home with me and soon after died. There are certain vets there who are great (but I think no longer work there) but most are not. They did not seem concerned nor sympathetic when my precious cat passes away.
