While the support staff continues to be the sole reason we are still bringing our furry friends to this clinic (I would rank them a 5 if I could separate their points from the vet's), the new ownership is quickly deteriorating the quality of their care. While our usual vet was unavailable we were seen by whom we later learned was the owner. We have never felt so pressured to consent to services we did not want, and when declined, the Dr. became extremely patronizing. Our cat did not react well to her rushed handling, either. At the end of the appointment while paying, the doctor had not documented our concerns or requests, and it took several minutes to complete our visit. My attempts at following up lab work were also mostly unsuccessful. After spending that amount of money it be impossible to speak to the vet. We're not sure if she isn't in office at all business hours, but if you want to feel like you and your animal are being cared for, do not go to this hospital.

The staff here are all caring and take the time to get to know the animals, and owners. The receptionist staff are very nice and welcoming, and the doctors are always concerned of your pets heath and wellbeing. Wonderful staff and beautiful building! I would recommend this hospital to everyone I know.

This is a TOP NOTCH Animal Hospital ........ With a Very Loving and Devoted Staff ........ They are Definitly a 10 as Far as Veterinarians go !!
