My family and I have had to move a lot, and we've seen many animal hospitals. I have to say this is the best clinic I have ever been to. The facility is spotless and Dr. Crittenden is absolutely fantastic. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood our dogs diagnosis and gave us many treatment options. We felt that she was not all about money like some vets we've dealt with.
We were impressed with the staff both on the phone and in person. They were all very friendly and warm. The tech was very knowledgeable and phoned us the next day to follow up with us. You can tell they love their jobs. The only complaint was wait time. The dr. was about 15 minutes behind. However, the staff members warned us that she was behind and they updated us a couple times once we got in the exam room.
