We brought my dog here on referral to the behaviorist. I went back to the referral doctor and he will never send anyone to Dr Levine again, how can she treat dog's behavior when she doesn't talk to you and is afraid of the dog. oh that's it drug him up . Don't work on the behavior with training or behavior modification, just drug him up. We'll once I got him off the drugs, and his head was clear I read lots of books and worked on his behavior he is now a wonderful sweet lovable dog no thanks to the pill pushing that goes on here

They are only concerned about milking you for as much money as possible with no real regard for your pet. When they were in Caldwell it was different they were excellent but now they are terrible I would never go there again

They only care about money not your pet. Everything is geared around making you spend the most possible with any concern for the suffering of your pet. In the end it's a death sentence

We had to wait over 4 hours to see the doctor. He was very curt with us, and took our dog. I happened to see him out in the lobby chatting away. He noticed me and said he'd be over in a few minutes.
Finally he tells us our dog is very sick and he recommends doing nothing because of the cost and her age.
We went to pay, and it was four times more than our vet led us to believe it would cost! We asked to pay most on our debit card and give them a post-dated check for the rest. After acting disgusted, she checked with the doctor and said ok. A few minutes later she returned and said "The check went through!" and we were like...huh? Turns out she put it through a machine that instantly withdraws the money from the checking account...thereby completely emptying our account - with our rent check pending for the next day!
Later, we went back to our normal vet to get a refill on her medication. They looked at us funny and said that AERA called them saying they EUTHANIZED OU
