They are good, we must know when to take our pets there or when it's a serious emergency and go to an emergency hospital, sadly they are not open on Sunday's, as for price, yes, a bit pricy but for titer tests they charge a lot less then most clinics ( I asked around , they do many things for free that others charge money, ( a couple of nail trimmings, hear cleaning, I just don't like the new phone system ( sometimes they have the: leave a message) but overall they are caring and careful with my pets.

They were wonderful with my elderly cat and they have been the same with my new kitten. Everyone is very friendly and they do everything they can to make the owners and their pets comfortable. The clinic is spacious and clean, and the staff clearly love their jobs and their patients. Highly recommend!

This place is money driven not care driven, what a fool I was for coming here and not looking around sooner, bad advice and everything from service to products has a 30 percent markup, seriously look into it! I will never take any animals here again

Dr. Gitte Fenger put down my cat last night, and made what was a devastating situation for me a kinder and more compassionate experience. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else there. I know my kitty felt the love and care emanating from her, and I feel grateful for a gentle easing from life for my sweet boy. Thank you, Dr.Fenger.

I brought my cat here after he was hit by a car. Two of the vets in this clinic gave me false hope about his recovery - they should have suggested that I put him down immediately. I sat in anguish with him for the entire night and gave him painkillers (which did little to ease his pain). I was very clear about not wanting to put him through surgery. With a broken hip, leg and a ruptured organ they should have told me to put him down right away but instead they suggested there were other non-surgical ways for him to heal. This experience continues to haunt me almost one year later. The vet's assistant put him to sleep the next day. She was very caring and compassionate to him and this was the only silver lining to this personal nightmare of mine.

The staff and vets are great,very personal and caring.The only issue i have is the cost,very expensive.

I just came across this site and did a search. My husband and I have been using this clinic for the past 16 years and we would not go anywhere else. The staff is nice and friendly and the vets clearly care about what they do and about their patients. Appointments run 30 minutes and we’ve never felt rushed. Our dogs get better care at this clinic than we do with our GP!

I wouldn't trust this clinic with my pet ever again. Seemingly incompetent, performs work without the necessary skill level to achieve a desired outcome. Poor communication and very expensive. I wouldn't recommend them.

I took my shepherd there for a while. She saw 3 different vets and they all had a different diagnosis and solution for her problem. That does NOT instill confidence. Also found them expensive. Desk staff was always polite and welcoming.

I went to this clinic for acupuncture for my dog (not many vets do this). The staff were very nice and the vet is very calm and gentle which was great for my nervous dog. Punctuality was an issue however.

This was my vet for a time until one Saturday my dog became very ill and started throwing up blood. I called them in a panic to bring her in and they told me they were too busy and I should go to the emergency clinic. They never saw me again!

I have been going here for years (6). The staff is kind and helpful. They always give you the time you need. The facilities are nice and the doctors are very good. The doctors are available to talk to on the phone when needed. I would recommend this vet clinic. I'm not sure how the monetary value compares to other clinics.
