This is a progressive veterinary hospital with very knowledgable and well-trained staff. The vets are excellent and seem to really care about my pets. The technicians know their stuff, too. When I take my pet home after a dental or surgery, it's the tech that explains everything to me. I feel like my pets are loved and well cared for at Sechelt Animal Hospital and though they are expensive, you absolutely get what you pay for.

this clinic and the highly trained staff are excellent ! up to date on all training they have the best equipment . I trust sechelt animal hospital with all my animals and am very happy that the original owner is back ! small town with top quality care ..they have a great team of talented veterinarians and caring techs .lorne is a top surgeon who takes great pride in his work . if your pet needs simple vaccines or surgery consider this clinic for first class service. i feel safe with my favourite dog in the care of the staff at sechelt animal hospital

I keep going back to sechelt animal hospital because of the execellent care they provide for my animal family. The staff are very knowledgable and they will go above and beyond to meet my animal's needs. We've seen all the doctors here and they are all wonderful people. Although, my favs are Dr James and Dr Mike :) Keep up the great work!!! And for those of you that have negative comments, remember you get what you pay for and some advice to you, would be to invest in pet insurance or don't get a pet if you can't give it the best treatment.

This is a great hospital! I take all of my pets here! They were truly amazing when my cat had a life threatening emergency. They took him in immediately and Dr. James and Dr. Mike pulled him through a very difficult surgery. The staff is well trained and very knowledgable and I felt totally comfortable leaving him in their care. This hospital has all the bells and whistles and the staff knows how to use them. With the amazing facilities you would think this would be the most expensive hospital in the area but it isn't.

This vet is by far the best I've ever dealt with! They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They truly care about the animal they are treating! They have been wonderful with follow-up after our visits, and they are prompt with reminders about when our pups are next due. They also are great with pointing out when perhaps there is another option that may cost less, but do a better job (or the same job). We would highly recommend the staff at Sechelt Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a doctor for their four-legged family members!

the vet at the hospital could not find a two inch piece of wood embedded in my dogs leg. Instead she charged me $350 for antibiotics, lab tests,etc. it was only when I took my dog to another vet that I learned her error. Instead of addressing the situation, the vet denied that there was a problem in her examination, even tough leaving the two inch piece of wood in my dog's leg caused a severe infection.

This hospital sets the stage for the highest quality care and service. They have all the diagnostic equipment and the vets I have dealt with have all been very knowledgable and great, even with my insane dog! Their skills/equipment have saved my animals lives more than once and many others I know of as well. I was told they were on the pricey side but after researching they are not at all!!
