Staff were poor quality, vet was late and then rushed through my appointment and didn't explain what was going on well enough. I left confused and unsure of what to do next. Went to the Strathmore Vet clinic a few days later and received excellent service, staff were very friendly and patient and explained everything in great detail.

Fantastic! I took my very fear aggressive rescue dog in, suspecting that she had dental issues. The vet was wonderful with her, in spite of her fear issues, and even managed to look in her mouth. I've had other vets refuse to see this dog without sedation, so I was impressed by this vet. We scheduled a dental and I brought my dog back a week later. She had extensive dental work done, and the bill still came in under the quoted price. This clinic is terrific. They are so good with animals, even the difficult ones, and their prices are great. Well worth the drive from my home in NW Calgary. After this experience I will continue to take all 3 of my animals to this clinic!

ACC has always taken great care of our dogs throughout their lives and have been been very compassionate to us when the final necessity came for one of them. Well worth the drive from Calgary. The prices are far better than most in the city.

this clinic should probably stick to small animals. I found the clinic didn't have the proper equipment to deal with large animals,and some equipment needs desperatly to be replaced. (broken & repaired calf puller)

Outstanding! I have worked with many vets over the years with Horses, Dogs, Cats, and Exotics - all purebreds and most of them show animals. This clinic is outstanding. I drive from NW Calgary to have my animals seen. They have cared for my animal family through some challenging issues and handled everything with outstanding expertise, kindness, and loving care. Dr. Jodi Viste and Dr. Julie Woodward are outstanding. The skill of the technicians in difficult / emergency procedures is excellent. Facilities are beautiful. Fees are exceptionally reasonable. Front staff is lovely. It is excellent and so appropriate that they first ask if you are calling about an emergency and then politely ask you to hold if need be. Few clinics ask if you are calling about an emergency. I have to say that if waiting a half hour for expert medical care irritates you then I hope you will reconsider how lucky we are to live in this country, this province and have these exceptional vets.

Every time I call I always end up with a smart remark form one of the staff members. One time I called a vet out to our farm and he got lost....it was well over an hour before I got the call. It was an emergency so I called another vet. Then got charged a for the appt.

I have only amazing things to say about this clinic! We have driven down 3 times (the drive being over 3 hours each way) to see Jodi so our dog could have knee surgery. Well worth the drive!!! She is kind, caring, and very knowledgable! She has an obvious love for animals (which I can't say the same for some of the other vets we've had). Her prices are BEYOND fair!!! Her staff have always been kind and courteous. My only regret is that the animal care centre isn't closer so Jodi could be our dog's full time vet!!!

Jodi, herself, is an amazing Veterinarian, if and when you get to see her. The front-end girls leave a bit to be desired in their general knowledge of Veterinary protocols and manners, and quite often will give their opinion as a pseudo-diagnosis. Sterilization procedures are below-par, and I have heard of one incident where a potential Parvo-Virus case was handled very irrespondibly where other clients were concerned. The facilities are beautiful and well laid out. Punctuality is very poor, and you are often left waiting half an hour or more past your scheduled appointment. If you get to see Jodi, the monetary value is wonderful, as this lady really knows her stuff, however, dealing with the front-end staff makes the overall experience quite disappointing.

Highly recommended to my by the ladies at Town Hall, and I was not dissappointed. I don't know what I would do without Jodi and her rockstar staff. She's ironed out a variety of issues, one that had us at our wits end. Jodi is a natural with animals and is the most down to earth Vet I've ever met. She likes to start simple, and her approach works. She's gives you all the options and the pros and cons so I can make a confident, informed decision. This clinic is definately the best in town. Wish I'd know about them when I lived in Calgary - would have been worth the drive!
