We have been at this clinic for two years. It seems that there was a change in owners since the last time we used the clinic. The first owners and staff were amazing!! Seemed very caring with our cats and gentle. These new owners do not seem as caring with our cats. The staff were a bit rough in handling our cats. The clinic also had a bad smell (different from regular animal smell and different from our initial visits). They were also not very responsive to phone calls. The doctor initially called to tell me the results of blood work and I requested how much her recommended treatment would cost. She said the secretary would call me back with this information. I did not receive a phone for weeks. At that time, they ketp calling because they wanted me to get my cat in for another checkup. Overall, my boyfriend and I are not happy with the service and will be taking our cats to a new vet.

Small clinic, super nice vet, she really seemed to care. They have a LASER for surgery which is nice and they really helped me when my dog fractured its tooth. The vet there is also experienced with exotic pets. Nice place.
