Moved from FL recently & my cat was having trouble relieving his bladder. Dr. Joseph Snyder was so understanding about how upset I was. I thought my cat might die. I don't have kids & to me my 2 cats are my kids! He explained everything the facility was doing to help my cat & ALL of my options available to correct this problem in the future. I cannot say enough good things about how attentive this clinic was to me & one of my kitties. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needed a veterinarian who actually cares.
