I had called for emergency care because my dog had an allergic reaction to something at 2am. The person I had talked to told me to give her benedryl, which I did. I called back after she had thrown it up and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. My dog clearly needed a shot of benedryl because she could not keep anything down. Her face was extremely swollen and she was covered in hives. This woman became extremely irritated with me and told me that I needed to wait it out and then hung up the phone on me. I called another emergency vet to get a second opinion and I was told that my dog needed a shot right away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When you are looking for help in the middle of the night you don't need a rude unhelpful person on the other end of the phone.
