The staff was incompetent, and I refuse to take any pets to this location again. For shots, they were fine, but there isn't much to that. When I picked up my male cat from getting neutered, they had him laying on urine-soaked newspapers. They didn't keep him long enough for the anesthesia to wear off, which means they did the surgery much later in the day than they had told me. When I picked up my cat between 4-5 p.m., he was completely out of it and he still had blood in his fur near the surgery area. The receptionist didn't even know he was male, when I picked him up, and there were no other cats in the kennel area. She even made me get him out of the kennel, urine-soaked fur and everything! I was appalled. It showed me how little they care for the animals. Aside from removing my cat from his cage to do the surgery, I don't think they cared for him at all the entire 24 hours he was there. I do NOT recommend this vet! There are other options in the Wellington area, utilize them.
