We switched to this vet a few years ago and have never looked back. We have had exceptional service and the treatment of our fur kids is wonderful. Dr Laura is a real peach

I found that they were VERY expensive, when I compared their fees with another vet clinic I regularly go to. They were insisting on doing a lot of blood work on my oldest dog when I went there specifically for the lyme desease vacination. I will never go there again.

We brought our dog here when he was dieing, The Dr was amazing and kept our pup as comfortable as possible during his time. She helped us tremendously. She knew money was an issue for us and she didn't even charge us for everything she did. Not to mention, the lovely card we recieved in the mail from her and her staff for our beloved dog that passed. I would highly recommend kent veterinary

I found the staff to have a poor attitude and to be without tact. When I was unexpectedly hit with a large bill (which was 1/3 more than I expeced) , I inquired about paying some immediately and the remainder later, to which the woman replied with a lot of humming and groaning, then a long drawn out and scolding, "Ohh no.." It was very unprofessional and showed poor behaviour. I felt the whole atmosphere there was cold and negative, in general. Please note, the veterinarian was not present, only the two female staff, perhaps that would have changed the attitude towards customer service.
