All 4 of my pets have been patients since AHOPs inception. Despite the new location, their services have suffered a serious decline, ranging from being dispensed the incorrect medication (despite me insisting it was wrong & the tech arguing with me that it was, indeed,the correct stuff because she personally filled it,& it was only after I repeatedly tried to phone the vet to discuss this matter with her that the tech FINALLY walked her lazy self back to the medication room where she 'oops' grabbed the wrong bottle after all) to pushing expensive treatment options that didn't work for my dog (a stupid $50 diffuser to calm her during storms was 1 of them),to misdiagnoses resulting in additional visits/costs, which are inflated due to their high overhead (the facility is aesthetically beautiful & clean, but someone has to foot the bill for the resident techs). I am very disappointed & due to repeated problems at this hospital I will be taking my pets to another facility.

Money hungry vet. Overcharges for procedures and tries to talk you into procedures that are not necessary. Be smart and do your homework and get a second opinion if need be. Beware!!!

I have taken my dog to several vets and I like this one the best. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have never seen such a large, clean vet office as this one. They provide everything any pet could possibly need. I will continue to use this vet from now on.

The veterinary technicians are very sweet and honest people, however, the practice owner is a very money-hungry individual who is only concerned with the clients that make her money. She shows little respect towards the small guys who can't afford the care there. Unfortunately, the care that my pets have received there has been very poor and careless.

I have one dog who has special needs and another who is a rescue and is extremely shy. The doctors here are very patient and understanding. They treat all the patients and their owners with special care and respect.
