The staff is generally kind and seems knowledgeable. However, I don't think I've ever had an appointment run on time and I feel like they SERIOUSLY price gouge. I have even been charged for services I have not received. One time I was not able to bring in a stool sample as my dog just decided not to poo for the previous 12 hours, and they charged me for the centrifuge service anyways and refused to remove it from my bill. Also, I feel like they believe in over-medicating in order to charge more. My rescue was suffering from severe separation anxiety when I first adopted him. They gave me a packet of helpful info but before I could even absorb the info they wanted to schedule a psych consultation and get him on psych meds. Needless to say I declined, read the materials, followed the helpful hints and he is a friendly well-adjusted dog now. He was not a danger to himself, they just wanted to medicate. They are 100% in it for the money which is sad because they are actually very skilled.

They offer all the services I need to keep my pets happy and healthy! Their staff is great. You can tell they have my pet's best interests in mind!
