Dr. Sullivan and the groomer Chris are great and I would give them a 5 star, the front desk personal are a different story. Margaret is rude and very demanding and if you can avoid her then it is ok. I have been going there for five years and if I don't have to deal with Margaret, it is fine.

Dr Craig Wilson is the best, over ten years he has done a great job with my dogs, his staff reflect his proffesional approach with a personal touch. You can;t fake a class act, the dogs now better.

The Bayleaf staff are courteous and helpful. The Vets and technicians are knowledgable and deeply concerned about our pets. I would recommend Bayleaf to any pet owner.
