Nothing but a great experience here. A very caring vet who even calls you at home to see how things are going.

Very disappointed in this vet. HIDDEN FEES. The vet took samples and without even telling me there was a cost went to examine them. The vet simply brushed off my dogs several symptoms as allergies and an ear infection that needed several medications. She then proceeded to try and sell me Royal Canin. When I read out the first three ingredients to her and told her there is no meat product she fell silent. I refused to buy the over priced medications. Paid my $115 for the samples and left. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging that much. They looked at me like such a bad pet owner for asking about cost and not blindly paying for whatever they think is best. Do not be coerced by these people!

I have been taking my pets to this clinic since it opened. In the last few years the price has gone up dramatically. It is now out of touch for my family. There is a charge for everything. A dental estimate for a cat came in at between 950 to 1250.00 without a ceiling on cost. Fortunately there are other clinics that provide excellent care at a fraction of the cost. This allows a home with multiple pets, to continue to provide care.

Well I gave this place a try for a year. I think that the staff are nice and the vets good, but I do think that they overcharge and everything has a cost. They would even deprive a little dog who should have had a standing order for a medication. Claimed they had to examine her again before giving the meds. Another 50 dollars I dont have for something that has been ongoing. So they let her suffer because I did not have an additional 50 dollars for them to agree that she still needed the meds she has had for a long time. Other vet had made an error and not left a standing order. A quick read of the file would have shown it was a long term on going med. Terrible. Then when we moved to a new vet they offerred to fax over the file but of course there was a cost. The hippocratic oath is do no harm. What is the vet oath........as harm was done here. A little dog sufferred needlessly because of this.

I am horrified with how they treated my cat today. The admitting vet assistant was lovely and gave my very anxious cat time to come out of the crate on her own. She also gently coerced her to step on the scale. She even picked her up and my cat was fine with it. UNFORTUNATELY the vet was HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL and mean. She walked in, picked up my cat by the scruff of the neck immediately and then proceeded to have her assistant attempt to pick up the cat by using a blanket and completely cover her! Finally I had to call quits and tell them to knock it off. I should have walked out, but instead the vets minion ( who was totally terrified of both my hissing cat and her evil vet boss) went to get gloves and proceeded to pin my cat to the table to be inspected. When I mentioned how the first vet assistants approach had worked I was brushed off and made to feel that the vets way is THE way and I was incorrect. I'm shocked at the vets complete lack of respect for cats. Don't go here!!!

Vet assistants were very nice. Vets don't seem to connect with the cats. Took my cat in because he was weak and dehydrated. End result - hairball. Cost me $1000+ because of all the procedures plus three days hospitalization. Told me it could be a hairball, or it could be cancer, according to an Xray. All that extra worry made me sick. Facilites are very nice. Don't like the upselling on food.

My parents used to board their cat there. No longer let me tell you. Our cat needed to have his nails trimed after spending a few nights there in boarding. When I went to get him his nails were not done I siad no problem I can wait for you to do them... A long time later I hear yowl and screams that you never wish to hear coming out of any animal. I got up to look what was going on and there was our cat pinned t the ground by the staff as they tried to cut his nails. I screamed at them to stop and took my cat and left, I said I would be back later for the bill. I took him home and he was bleeding out of 3 of his 6 cut claws (they cut them way to short) and was distarught. When I went back to settle the bill they told me it was the cats faullt and then had the balls to charge me extra for him being a tough customer. I HATE this vet they hurt our cat and now he hates if you touch his paws, I dont blame him what so ever! If you love your pet dont take them here.

I had 2 rabbits neutered here mainly because I was referred here by a friend and was told they had very affordable prices. That was true. I only dropped off both rabbits to be neutered on separate occasions, I never met the vet myself, but based on my limited encounters with them, I was quite pleased.
