When Doctor Harris started this clinic, I felt he was always fair and only did what your animal needed to keep the owners' cost to a minimum, knowing many families that own pets can't afford high vet bills!
When the two doctors bought Harris out, they kept that principle, and pet owners continued going and telling others, and the clinic kept growing hiring new doctors to the point they had forgotten why and how they became popular. These new vets have brought to the clinic ways to bump the prices, having customers pay for procedures their pet doesn't need to pump up their own pay checks. Then you have some great vet techs that have left because of this practice.
Your clinic has been great for many years! please get it under control!!

The front desk staff is nice, but not good at their job, messed up refills and gave me medication that went bad because they left it out of the refrigerator. The vet waste or time and money with treatment that didn’t help and ended up with my rabbit losing his eyesight. Don’t bring your rabbits here!!!

After trying several vets in SE Wisconsin years ago, we settled on Harris for our cats and dogs. Special thanks to Dr. Sol Weichert,who is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in bringing the owner into understanding the problems and treatment options. Dr. Harris is also great, but just don't have as much experience with him or some of he other vets.

Was a client for 3 years, some very nice staff and vets, but 1 vet there was very arrogant and rude, along with some other staff also. I felt very uncomfortable and went somewhere else. Dr. Harris was the nicest person there. Wish I had asked for him everytime, but being a new pet owner I did not realize I could do that until my daughter told me. She left there for the same reason after several years. They behave like you should already know the things you are taking your pets there to find out. Just some real bad attitudes.

I truly feel that when I bring my 2 dogs to Harris, the staff at Harris Pet hospital has the best interest of my pets in mind. My black lab gets so panicked to go there and the staff is very kind and patient with him. They have NEVER muzzled him or even suggested it as our previous vet has. They say he has never bitten anyone so why muzzle? It is quite a drive for me to take the dogs there, but it is worth it!

I have been taking my dogs here for the last 15 yrs. Would not trust anyone else.
