Unfortunatley, my dog died at Dr. Weiser's practice while undergoing a dental cleaning. She made every attempt to bring him back, unsuccessfully. I would have blamed myself for his death by not taking better care of his dental health had Dr. Weiser not searched for the reason he died. She drew blood after his death & ran it for problems--when it gave no conclusive answers, she did a necropsy and found that he had undiagnosed advanced lung and liver disease. During the entire horrible experience she was both kind and professional--I would have always harbored guilt and responsibility for his death had it not been for Dr. Weiser's concern, persistance and guidance. I know this is not the type of referral people want to read but sometimes terrible things do happen----if and when they do, you want a veterinarian who goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of it. I highly recommend Dr. Weiser not only for her professional skill but also her genuine, kind and caring heart.

Dr. Weiser and her staff are wonderful. Saw me at once for an emergency with my cat. Exceptional care by the doc and the staff. Followed high standard of care. Started with non invasive procedures and then surgical procedure when it was indicated. Sent bx and found the problem that was killing my beloved cat. Always kept me updated on what was going on and treated me with respect. Dr. Weiser may look like she is about 16 but she is an experienced, careing, responsible, personable vet. Also, they have new boarding vacilities. Really cute rooms and appear very safe and reasonable price. If you are in the area, give Pittsboro Animal Hospital a try.

Super guy and very good at his job takes his time and is a very caring man. We will miss him from Apex Vet...wish we knew where he went.Chad gets a 5.0 rating even though facility was just ok and staff was fair.
