In response to the first review, the author fails to tell the whole story. We had successfully removed a mass from her ear a year earlier that was at a very advanced stage. The author NEVER was present, she sent her husband and son. We have never met her. They were give complete written estimates for all expenses and they declined to have a biopsy prior to the surgery. I can not control what owners do or do not do. We send out customer surveys on a regular basis and we are consistantly in the 95th to 97th percentile. One can only make recommendations and if clients do not follow the recommedations and have a poor outcome because of their choices then much of that outcome is a result of their declining proper treatments.

BEWARE. I wouldnt take my worse enemies pet to this crook. They seriously mis diagnosed my dog. I understand mistakes happen but usually one would try to make amends for such an error. After performing surgery and taking my money they tell me the dog has advanced cancer and they would be happy to give us a referral to perdue. This dog is beyond saving. I bet they wouldnt treat their own animal this way. The surgery was not only useless it was cruel. He either missed the advanced cancer evidence in her labs or he just did the surgery to get the money. They have declined to make any amends for their errors. I received a lovely letter that basically said .. "thanks for the cash now go see someone who knows what they are doing". This clinic is either full of idiots or crooks. Seek another vet, and save yourself the chance that they might take you for the same ride they took us.
