24 hour hospital that supplies day and emergency services. The Doctors and staff I've encountered are wonderful. They're knowledgable and friendly and genuinely love pets. You may wait a while, even with an appointment, but if my pets were in a worse way I would want to know that they were tended to first so I'm ok with waiting. They have a coffee machine, fish tanks and a boutique pet store attached- more than enough to keep my interest while I wait. For the area they are pretty much in the same price bracket of other hospitals... I really like that they're available all the time and have all my records on file.

This place has literally got a curse on it. If you take your animal in, you will be very lucky to take it out alive or uninjured. I know of 5 people who have had horrible experiences with this place. One whose cat was taken in for a minor surgical procedure, wound up with a broken jaw due to a technician dropping him. I took my cat in on a Sunday as an emergency patient. While my cat and I waited in the exam room for a vet to see us, I overheard 2 people in the treatment area arguing and using curse words. It frightened me and I quickly swooped up my cat and walked out! I've also driven passed there and have seen picketers outside! Be forewarned! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TAKE IT HERE!!!!

Wonderful care. Perhaps a couple of the reception people a bit abrupt but that's normal. What's important is the care which has been excellent and that is what's important.

Horrible dirty overpriced. Kept on adding useless charges and vet had no explanatory skill, only mercenary skill. Gave us back our animal covered in urine.
