Terrible staff and terrible monetary value. Was referred by the cat clinic to this vet for weekend care after my cat's surgery. Within 4 days, I was provided with the wrong update (told me my cat had a stroke - was not my cat), my normal vet was not kept informed despite multiple requests, my cat was not provided with take-home pain medication as requested by my normal vet, was charged for services not requested & performed and staff could not provide an explanation for new charges. When I disputed payment of services not requested & performed, I was told I could pay or my cat was no longer welcome at the clinic. Expect to pay at least $1000 for weekend observation. Expect your animal to come home exhausted from lake of sleep (They check your animal every 2 hours, but have forgotten rest is also important for surgical recovery!)
