We have gone to Dr. Yoon for years and we have finally been pushed to find a new vet. One of his staff members under dosed my dog on his arthritis medications by half and incorrectly entered our appointment time into the computer causing us to miss our time slot. He has a lifetime two no show= end of service policy that apparently includes cancelations and was instated retroactively. Our one no show that wasn't due to clerical error was caused my a family deployment. In addition to my personal experiences with Dr. Yoon I have also heard from friends that he has quite a history of adding an extra 0 to his doses. For the quality of service this guy is ridiculously over priced.
