I too was lost when Dr. Kaplan left. I will attest that now Dr. Mandy Seymour is great and seems like they've made the process more efficient and are spending quality time with my animals and getting great care. I left but have returned VCA Lake Otis has re-earned my business I would try them out again as my dogs are happy campers.

Dr. Heather Kaplan is awesome!!! She had extensive knowledge of 'Alaskan' injuries and ailments and a depth of common knowledge that alleviated our concerns and had our baby well on her way to recovery.
