The best place around to take you pet. Dr B is the best vet I have come accrossed over the years of owning my pets. I have had three Neapolitan Mastiffs and they can have alot of health issues. Dr B cared for them like they were his own. They staff there is excellent. Everyone is very caring and always willing to go the extrat mile. Three months ago Dr B and his staff did emergency surgery on my dog Hershey at 11:00 on a Friday night after she had a botched Spay from Rutherford Animal Hospital. Dr B and his staff saved my dogs life. Without them Hershey would not be here today. So, while I am on the subject, dont ever take any of your pets to Rutherford Animal Hospital. They are the worst. Dr Beiber only cares about money and protecting his name and not your pets.

I've used the services at this clinic for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. B and his staff are compassionate and professional. They do not "pad" the bill for unnecessary tests yet ensure that your loved one gets the best healthcare possible. Also, in 3 emergency situations, the entire staff was waiting for me to arrive, wisked my pet off to tend to him/her, and stayed to monitor him/her through the night. I trust them with my precious ones...no hesitation.

My cat went to Buchholz for years and in the past two years, very often. Because of an emergency nearly midnight, I drove to Tinton Falls, NJ Garden State Animal Hospital. Through two visits, my cat was diagnosed with 3rd stage cancer of his intestines, liver, et al. His liver was swollen, he was uncomfortable. I NEVER KNEW After the many times my cat went there, the thousands and thousands of dollars I spent...Buchholz didn't know? Perhaps, if caught early, my cat would not have suffered or had so much discomfort. My cat was throwing up...advice: change the cat food! HE HAD CANCER! I would have spent everything I had to give him comfort. He deserved better. He wanted my pet to have a cardiac workup for $800. prior to a surgery to scrap some tissue off his side. He gave him surgery;doesn't know what it was..but nothing, nothing said about intestinal cancer or liver cancer. BEWARE For me, I found...it's all about money!

just moved to brand new facility. I have been taking my pets to Maywood veterinary for many years and I have the utmost confidence for the care of my dog. There are 3 vets in the practice. You have a choice for care of your pet. My Lab has had pneumonia, high blood pressure, and lupus. She received excellent, compassionate care at Maywood veterinary clinic. The animal hospital is much more expensive and it is like an assembly line.

You pay a lot of money to take care of your pets and they don't return phone calls when you call trying to find out about test results or how you pet is doing
