The doctors and staff at Ruskin Animal Hospital are wonderful. Dr. Ott is old school with class. He provides personalized care and follows up with his patients. Nicole Shearer is probably the best technician I have ever met. She not only understands the needs of the patient, but the needs of the owners as well. With prices well within the competitive range of this area, I would highly recommend Ruskin Animal Hospital to anyone!

Dr. Ott saved the life of my 16 year old cat with the I-131 treatment. The staff was very supportive and proffesional.

My cat had radioactive iodine (I-131) treatment for hyperthyroidism at this facility with Dr. Ott in June 2003, when he was 16.5. Dr. Ott was very thorough and kind. He used low dose I-131 and my cat's stay was only 48 hours. The facilities were very nice and they took great care of my cat. My cat is now 20 and I'm very grateful to Dr. Ott for curing this health issue. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for I-131.

Excellent veterinarian. Prices are competitive with everyone elses. I do wish they offered multiple pet discounts.
