As far as diagnostics go Dr. Jeri Gardner is right on......I've been using her services since she opened over ten years ago, and she has never once misdiagnosed and seldom even wavers abut what she thinks is ailing one of my many pets. It's obvious she adores animals and wants what's best for them. As far as prices go her rates are competitive - not the least expensive yet not the most either (but what kind of pet care would one actually expect from the cheapest vet around?). She's quite efficient. I've watched her work her client rooms, and she doesn't keep anyone waiting long, which is important. Keeping wait times at a minimum yet giving good client service is a tough balance to find, but I believe she's found it. A nice combination of a good bedside manner, a trusted medical practice and a successful business can be found here; and somehow Dr. Gardner even finds time to ask about me, my kids and "Frito" at home. Try her, you, Whiskers and Fido will not be disappointed!

From our first visit our dogs have been given the best care. I recommend Dr. Gardner to all my family and friends.

Dr. Gardner is so patient about discussing the best medication options for our older dog. It is obvious she adores him!

Dr. Gardner has been my veterinarian for 12 years. She has cared for my dogs from the puppy years through end of life with compassion and professionalism. She always explains my choices and has taught me the best way to care for different breeds of dogs. She is a skilled surgeon and a good member of the community. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Have been seeing this vet for the past 14 years. Dr Gardner and her staff take amazing care of all our animals!

This clinic is completely filthy, the floor boards in the room were covered in filth and grime. I also noticed some blood on the walls in their waiting area. The Doctor (I think her name was Gardner) was in and out of the room in 2 minutes and did not even thoroughly look at my pet. She was extremley rude and treated me as if I was stupid and knew nothing about my pet. She then had her technician (not blaming her) give me an estimate for my pet that was out of this world and involved un-necessary tests at an ungodly price that I could not even come close to affording. The receptionist up front was extremely condescending and fake (I think her name was Tiffany or something). Will never, ever go to this clinic again.

The entire staff pushes for more testing than necessary. They only seem to care about money, and if you opt not to do all the testing they recommended (or rather PUSH on you) they make you feel like a terrible person. I have had success with teeth cleanings, neuterings, tooth removal and some other standard procedures, but when it comes to diagnosing a problem they're terrible. Our dog gets UTIs and needs his anal glands expressed often, so when we go in and explain his history and mention what we think the problem is they simply ignore our comments and want to proceed with every test under the sun. It's unfortunate because this specific Banfield is ruining the reputation of them all. We've had a lot of luck and really enjoyed other locations.

me and my boyfriend took our puppy to Banfield/ Jeri and what a total nightmare she over medicated her and then on top of it all misdiagnosed her not to mention money was all that seemed to matter to her, thank god our puppy did not die because of her and I regret ever bringing my puppy to her, how does this women sleep at night knowing what she is doing to innecent pets and their owners, how does she even have a license not to mention own her practice? Banfield is a place that vets and nurses and ect pratice on and in the meantime hope your pet dies while they earn that extra $$$$$$$$.Thank God I found an awesome vet for my puppy and to think I trusted her to spay our puppy OMG! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET/PETS NEVER TAKE THEM TO BANFIELD! I DONT EVEN SUPPORT PETSMART BECAUSE OF HER!

I have been taking both of my very large dogs to this facility for about 8 months and each time I have taken them in I've been really unhappy and have left very frustrtated. The staff, including Jeri, are very rude and don't seem to really care about my dogs, but more about making money and each time I walk out with a very big and unexpected bill. I have actually talked with Jeri on the phone and NOTHING was resolved about the problems and concerns that I experienced and never was I offered some kind of compensation. I can't wait for my contract to be up with Banfield so I can take them back to their original vet who actually cares about their health and not about making as much money as possible. I DO NOT recommend Jeri Gardner or the Banfield program.

Brought small poodle in that was bitten by larger dog in the neck. Had been a long time client and the new tech left me in the room over 45 minutes "because the vet needed to go to lunch" and never told her I was even there. Left furious when same tech came back in and said "well I guess we should start cleaning him up or something before Jeri gets back" (we'd already been there 45 minutes waiting on the vet)went to another vet and poodle needed MULTIPLE stitches and emergency surgery to put him back together again. Dog is fine but as a multiple year client of this clinic WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Banfield insurance is a good value we've saved over $10,000. Jeri is a member of our family. When my male Lab was very sick he sat with us through the night. When my other Lab had a diabetic crash she called through the night to make sure we were ok. The expensive 24 hour clinic sent her home unstable and with no directions for changing her meds. Jeri and her partner worked diligently with me for over a week to make sure my girl was better. I've recieved cards of condolence for every foster or pet that died whether their care was through her clinic or not. Many times she'd help at no cost when the shelter couldn't afford treatment for a cronic condition. When your animals are children you want a vet you can call family and all of my animals love auntie Jeri and her office manager auntie Vicki.
