I went to Dr. Gordon because he was "holistic". I found Dr. Gordon's demeanor very kind and friendly. However, he was insistent that a raw diet would kill my dog, UNLESS I bought the supplements that he happened to sell in the lobby. I found the staff very ill informed (dogs with black on their tongues MUST be chow even though there are 41 known breeds with black on their tongues) and not willing to listen to anyone but themselves. However, when the Dr. corrected them about the breed issue they reluctantly (after 3rd request) changed written information. Dr. Gordon agreed that over vaccination was a huge problem yet was pushing vaccination on a recently (within 30 days) vaccinated dog - huh? Unfortunately, it seems that Dr. Gordon has the background/knowledge/information to be an outstanding vet but has partnered up with a huge corporation and now patients are sadly paying the price of dollars over sense.
