We took our jack russell there when she stopped eating and was vomiting and we waited 5 1/2 hrs before she was seen, the staff has not been very informative and we have had to call to get information. If you can, get a second opinion, they are very expensive. They seem to 'milk' you for as much as they can

Slow service waiting over and hour to pick up dog even though they told me to be there at a certain time. When I picked her up they just handed me the meds and told me nothing else about what was going on. If they weren't the only eye specialist in the area I wouldn't go back talk about monopoly.

The staff is good. I have had to take our lab there twice and a cat once and they have saved our pets.

I took my chocolate lab here a couple of years ago after hours when he suddenly became listless and would not move. They took great care of us immediately upon arriving at the office. My dog began vomiting some blood and had diarrheal stools. They ended up keeping him for 6 days for some type of suspected poisoning. He was on IV, had an ultrasound, etc. They took very good care of him allowing us to visit each day for a while with our dog. It was expensive, but any emergency vet is costly. In the end, they saved our dog and we had another couple of years with him before he passed of old age/cancer. Thank you to these fine people!

I've taken both of my dogs here for after hours emergency treatment, and they were very prompt at caring for them and making them comfortable until they could see their normal vet. A bit more expensive than a regular vet, but thats to be expected for emergency care. I would recommend them for any pet emergencies.
