I agree with reviwer who wrote this is highly disorganized clinic. Staff are friendly but not competent. I had a follow up call from a vet that did not examine my pet and who recommended treatment, that had she read my pet's chart, would have seen my pet was already receiving this care. There was an appointment scheduled that never made it to their computer, and a misdiagnosis of my pet's condition. Also, the follow up call was like a sales call to promote other pharmaceutical products, again by a vet who had not examined my pet. Another problem was that I stopped by after first visit to pick up meds, and no one could find my pet's chart. I heard staff say they would check the vet's desk, but they had no luck there either. We did go back for my pet's booster. On this second and last visit, staff was slow, and the vet got defensive when I asked about the rationale behind her initial treatment given that my pet's condition had worsened. She admitted she'd made a mistake but was angry.

This clinic is so disorganized. They do not review charts which is quite a concern when I had to remind them my cat has been diagnosed with heart problems which they diagnosed years ago and did not follow up. They attempted to diagnose my cats problems which were serious without even requesting a blood test. They pushed vaccines that were not required and seemed to exacerbate my 11 year old cats kidney disease. Kidney failure was finally diagnosed with a Potassium deficiency. However they did not even attempt to treat the Potassium deficiency leading to an emergency room visit a day after being seen at the mebane clinic. This cost us over $800 and the emergency clinic was quite surprised with the treatment by this clinic. Mistake after mistake from this hospital. Do not risk your animals health here. After this incident we have talked to over 5 other people in the area and all had bad experiences at this vet. My advice stay clear.

The main reason we use this vet clinic is bc of Dr Staab. Shes always willing to look up what she doesnt know and is open to questions and explaining things to you. We've found her to be very thorough and will go out of her way to help. If your looking for a good vet in the area. shes your vet!
