The vet here, Jack Presnell, was recommended by a vet I trusted. I took my 13-week-old mini schnauzer for an ear cropping. I explained what I expected, showed him pictures of the type of crop I wanted. When the bandages came off I was in shock. I took my pup to my vet who verified that the ear cropping was botched. I wanted a schnauzer pet cut and got something like a Doberman cut, but worse one ear was cut narrower that the other ear also effecting the length. My trusted vet said any attempt to correct the problem would only make it worse. I took the pup back to Presnell who said he was sorry. I trusted this vet and he screwed up horribly and disfigured my dog. He did offer to try to cut the larger ear to match, but I was told by another vet that is impossible, and a dog groomer told me it will look worse as he grows.
I strongly advise staying away from this so-called veterinary clinic.
