He was optimistic and made us believe there was hope when others offered none. The surgery was done and we are hoping that we have a little more time to spend with this wonderful animal thanks to the confidence of this man. Incredible, confident, spent over 3 hours with us in making the decision to operate. Absolutely can't be beat in service and price. RID: 934
