Dr. Moss' staff is incompetent, rude, has no customer skills. RVMC is clearly financialy motivated and refuses to issue the client a RX to have filled anywhere else but them. In searching pharmacies for a more cost effective pricing, I soon learned the reason I was unable to locate the RX was that the FDA had pulled 5 1/2yrs ago from the US market. In speaking w/the Veterinary Medical Board I learned it is against the business and professions code 4170 #6. After advising RVMC of this, I received a email the next day from Dr. Moss letting me know I should find another vet. The wellfare of the pet was never once considered. They call themselves animal care specialists...I would not allow them to treat a house plant.

This vet clinic is very expensive and they seem financially motivated. They will not allow you to get prescribed medicines anywhere but from them and they mark them up quite a bit. I have never had a vet refused to write a prescription and only allow me to buy medicines from him before.

DONT GO HERE. This morning I call due to my older cat having a possible UTI the girl that answer told me the DR will call me back (regarding picking up meds or needing to bring cat in)a few hours go by I call back, the girl said Dr is still busy.At around 510pm I call again explaining the urgent need for the antibiotics or office visit I explained the blood on floor and the cats symptoms, again she re assures me the DR is just finishing up and will call me back. at 620pm one of his girls calls me to tell me I have to bring that cat in I tell her I am on the way will be there soon she says oh no sorry the DR is gone for the day. UM HELLO he did not call me back as promised and then he leaves a sick cat knowing I will have to now pay urgent care fees after hours to another clinic.I of course will NEVER return to this vet.shame on him for leaving a sick cat that I either have to spend more money on due to it being after hours or make her deal over night pissing blood and crying in pain.

Great doctor, extraordinary value. Go see Dr. Moss and you won't be sorry! The staff is so friendly and the Doctor offers personalized care. I've never felt so impressed wit a vet.
