Dr. Darrow is very caring and knowledgeable. She interacts directly with pet owners, even making phone calls personally. The staff are very good and caring. I have taken my dogs to her for several years.

This veterinarian does not care well for the animals. My pet was at the facility over the weekend to be 'monitored'. I was given the vet's cell number which was on the business card. It took 24 hours before I got a call back. The vet indicated that the cell number is not monitored over the weekend. I was told, 'We have lives too.' when I expressed my concern for how long it took to get an update on my pet. My pet will not be going back. Never again.
