Click to report rating    1/17/09   5     4     5     5   Dr. Natt treated our older cat, plus a newer addition. At first, I thought that the recommendations for tests were more than was necesary, but it was only because animal care is becoming increasingly sophisticated that these tests are availible, and can be very useful. This is one reason our beloved pets live longer and healthier lives nowdays. Dr. Natt took great care of our older cat, and got him through some rough spells. When we moved and had to switch to a new vet, I realized how much I appreciated Dr. Natts personal service, compared to a "fancier" vet facility. Our new vet, while caring, did the consultation, then sent our cat in back for a tech to do any vaccinations, tests, etc. This was more stressful for our cat, and frankly since I never saw a procedure done, don't know how it was handled. Dr. Natt's office is very open, and the fact that he asked someone to hold their cat, sounds like a good thing to me, rather than hustling the scared cat to a back room. RID: 11276
Click to report rating    6/16/07   2     3     2     3   Dr. Natt was late by 15 minutes, having left the office when I got there. He arrives in jeans and a shirt, looks at my cat, suggests an expensive blood panel and sends me on my way. I did not feel he especially connected with my cat either. When I was there, his technician said I should hold my cat while they took her temperature. In the last 25 years of going to vets, I have NEVER been told to do that. I won't return. RID: 4609
