I am still waiting for an explanation of why my cat had some tests done. He just had the same tests done 2 months earlier - it would be courtesy to answer enquiries from clients! I always feel like they find any opportunity to prescribe more medications and tests than necessary, including a (paid) prescription for an OTC medication. Shame on you!

I've been taking my little dog there for a couple of years, and find that they tend to slap the charges on whenever they can. I think it's the desk staff, but I've had to argue charges with the office management. I always ask whether the drug would be available through a pharmacy, and while the vets will generally check, some are a bit reluctant, and don't wait until you're at the front desk to ask. The desk staff will outright lie to you. I had to pay $34 for meds when I later bought at the pharmacy for $22, and that was the exact same medication! The veterinarians all seem competent, but the desk staff who you deal with most of the time, are bad. If not for them, I'd probably rate this higher.

I cant say enough about Dr Ryan who always takes time to explain my options to me and especially appreciate the no pressure approach. They also spoil my little girl rotten so she loves going there. I also find the office staff very nice people to deal with. Wouldnt take my business anywhere else.

The vet was a little late but apologised. They answered all my questions and even directed me to further readings. They did ask about lots of expensive testing but after I said my healthy dog did not need them I wasn't pushed into getting any.

The office manager is a horrible person to deal with here. No customer service whatsoever and they love to charge for everything they can think of. It is a good idea to be educated about what they are offering and what you realistically need. There is a really unpleasant feeling here and every time I have gone it has been quite stressful. To make matters worse they have cats running loose and this makes my large dog go crazy when I want him to be as calm as possible. Avoid! Unprofessional, fee hungry and poorly managed.

Be prepared for lots of tests and to be nickel and dimed to death. They even get you when you try and leave this clinic by charging $25 to have your pet's records faxed to your new vet.

I got a call for an annual vaccine for my 8 lbs dog. When I got there, the vet said little dog like mine could skip every 2nd year.... WTF? Then what was that call for? Then the vet try to make my dog to do the X-ray and stuff out of a sudden. I refused them all since my dog is in good health. Then the vet suggested for a blood test for all organ, I said ok. 1st shot at the front leg and took only tube, not enough. Ok, 2nd shot at the other front, no blood coming out. 3rd shot at the back leg, no blood. My heart was in serious pain at that moment. At last, they called the real vet to do the job, 4th shot at the neck, done in 2 sec. The bill cost $200. Why?
