I am a private rescue for abandoned and abused dogs, have worked with at least 20 vets in the Charlottesville VA area and this is BY FAR the best vet in the area and now I use them almost exclusively. I saw someone's "bad" rating for this vet and was incredulous -- he said they failed to do bloodwork and couldn't figure out that his pet had diabetes, which might have happened if they were trying out a new vet at one point but NONE of their current vets (4 total) is that green, and all of their current vets are stakeholders in the operation. They are thorough and competent and caring, everything I want in a vet and hard to find all in one place.
