I took my puppy there for treatment. They gave me Clavamox Drops and failed to tell me to refrigerate the antibiotics and they went bad. I called them and explained the situation. They told me to bring the box of antibiotics in to the clinic. Meanwhile they sent a fax to my near by vet for more antibiotics. I met Dr. Delaune and she said I could not get a refund. I told her that the dosage sticker they put on the box did not say refrigerate and they put the sticker on the portion of the box where the manufacturer printed to refrigerate. She accused me of removing the "refrigerate " sticker. I told her there was never one on it. She was laughing at me because I became upset. I was told over they phone that they would "take care of it" Dr. Delaune told me "you won't win this one". She and her staff are the rudest most unethical people I have ever met in the Vet field. Don't wast your time or money at this ER! Go to Texas A&M where the real vets practice!

I agree with a previous post. It is staffed with totally incompetent people. They are so cold and so unmotivated including the owner. She was the worst because she should know better. They won't admit they can't treat something. STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!! They have NO compassion, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, the techs that work there are over worked and undertrained and understaffed, Money is their goal and they will KILL your pet. They WONT let you into the room to see what their incompetent staff is doing to your pet and if you dispute the bill or try to make arrangements, they WILL CALL THE OAK RIDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT OR MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT. and have you taken to jail on THEFT OF SERVICE, Jailtime has happened to 5 pet owners who's pets have just died hours earlier. This place should be shut down PERMANENTELY

This is an outstanding animal care center! They were caring and compassionate, prioritized how quickly patients were seen by which animal was most critical and really communicated. They did a great job and didn't do anything that was unnecessary. I'm so pleased that they are there. We used to have to go to Conroe for emergencies, and I was never sure I was getting the best available care. Now I am.

Very professional! Able to perform many tests in the hospital that my regular vet had to send off to lab. Able to hospitalize my very critical pet. I am so glad they were open.
