Do not go here. They gave my cat 2 vaccines at the same time which caused serious problems a few weeks later. After approaching 2 other vets, they said they should have not done 2 vaccines at the same time. My cat now has permanent eye damage. Even after going to see vet ophthalmologist, he said there is nothing he can do.

I really liked Dr. Laurie and Kelly as they are both spectacular with my dogs. One of the other veterinarians was extremely grouchy, I never asked for her again. I have been bringing them to CH for a couple of years now and have only really had issues with one of their technicians as she came off as rude and pushy although very knowledgable

I found the Office Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Vets were all very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable to deal with, I found Dr. Katie MacIntosh was very knowledgeable and excellent with my dog (a Yellow Lab, she has one too). they all took time to talk and inform me of any issues or concerns I had. I never had to wait more then a minute for any of my appointments. After shopping around Ottawa they had the lowest pricing of them all.

We used this Vet Clinic for several years and found the costs were reasonable compared to some others in Ottawa. Kelly is very knowledgeable and helpful. Office staff were also very helpful. Only one staff was occasionally not quite PC but I won't mention names. I would recommend this Vet to anyone.

Have been using CH for 20 years for all our dogs and have been very pleased. People have to realize that no vet is perfect given the nature of the work - lots of species and patients that can't tell them what's wrong. Owners never like bills, but someone has to get paid. Cranberry Hill has gotten to know us and our dogs and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wasn't overly pleased with their bedside manner - loud, didnt' respect patient confidentiality, rushed and pushy. Didn't seem to be overly knowledgeable about conditions that giant dogs naturally grow out of. Had several unecessary diagnosis. The rates were affordable and front desk staff very pleasant to work with.
