I have taken my dog to Country Animal Hospital for about 6 months now. I have had good experiences, but today I went to pick up my dog from their kennel service and was not impressed. First of all, my dog urinated on the floor once she saw me, which is strange because she is 5 years old and has never does that after being kenneled. Then, the staff at Country Animal Hospital handed me a garbage bag containing the bed and toy that I sent with my dog two days before. After getting home, I looked in the bag and found the bed shredded to pieces and no toy whatsoever. The staff failed to tell me that my dog was so anxious, she shredded her bed. I found it unprofessional that they handed me the bag, indicating to me that everything was perfectly fine. Also, I am wondering why the staff wouldn't remove the bed from her kennel area once they noticed she was shredding it. Did they simply not check on the dogs for hours? I plan to have my dogs records transferred to another vet in the are
