I still remember when my dog Gandalf needed to be euthanized. The vet came out to our house to do it, which made it so much easier on everyone involved. They've been great with my other two dogs, one of whom is very timid.

Switched to this facility after being very unhappy for 5 years at Livonia Veterinary Hospital(staff is fine, not as friendly as Animal Care Facility, but facilities not as clean as Animal Care Facility and size of waiting room inadequate for the size & behaviour of my dog when he's around other animals. Very hard to keep him from "greeting" other animals in the approx. 8'x10' waiting area with one bench!). I also compared prices to Livonia Veterinary Hospitals and EVERY service & medicine was less expensive at Animal Care Facility. I would not switch back from Animal Care Facility.

Took 3 dogs in for routine vaccinations. Was charged $350 when vet only took ten minutes for all 3 animals. Complained. Reply: "we're comfortable with our prices." Also did sloppy work when spaying one dog. Took animal in a second time for missed stitch removal; finally took the last of them out myself. Same dog had face shaved for same surgery.
