I hope you like latte, because you are paying for that machine in the lobby. This is the most unethical and greedy practice I have ever encountered. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTION. Sedated my dogs, who did not need it, WITHOUT CONSENT. One is a breed that frequently has a drug reaction to the agent they used that can KILL them, but they didn't know this. Charged $1100 for staples and drains on simple fresh lacerations; tried to charge me $1700. Implied they would report me for cruelty if I declined treatment. Kept me waiting ALL NIGHT -- another hour and my vet would have been open. Tried to charge $100 for cephalexin that is free at Giant Eagle, under $10 anywhere else. The sutures were incompetent and the dogs have permanent scars. I've since stapled similar injuries at home and had 2X faster healing and zero scarring. BTW, the facility is gorgeous, but "bad" because that's what jacks up the price tag -- YOU pay for all that polished marble.
