Way overpriced. Staff seems to be running around the hospital with absolutely no management. One girl was literally the receptionist/Vet tech/janitor while another male staff member read a magazine and offered no help. Both doctors on staff seemed very arrogant and actually did a skin scraping and culture test without ever showing me an estimate first or getting my approval. Dr. Nia is very hard to understand (thick accent) and became agitated when I could not make out what she was saying. The male doctor, Dr. Tabai seemed to be "hanging out" and berating the female staff member that was doing every job there. Hospital seemed clean until I was taken on a tour and saw that 2 dog kennels in back were unoccupied with dried ****. I guess the receptionist/vet tech/janitor hadn't been able to find the time to clean them yet. Also, there was some sort of surgery going on in thee surgery room, with a cat under anesthesia, and no one present. This hospital seems dangerous.
