I have always had the best care from this clinic everyone is caring, i will always use this clinic ,they are always polite my daughter comes from Moses lake WA. with her dog as he has breathing problems, Dr Benipal stays with him till he wakes even all night if necessary thank you for being there Dr. Benipal

I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from not only Dr. Benipal, but all of his staff. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Without Dr. Benipal and his staff, my beloved Shih Tzu Molly would not be with us today. She came down with IMHA and was about to die. Dr. Benipal, Dr. Kataria, and Dr. Gill stopped at NOTHING to save her life.....and they did. They allowed me to be with her visit as much as I wanted, and never made me feel unfortable. I was ALWAYS welcome. Dr. Benipal is the most caring Veterinarian. Every time he has seen any of my animals, he has handled them with love, gentleness and kindness. What more could you ask for? I will continue to go to Glenn Mountain for as long as I have pets and as long as Dr. Benipal is at this clinic. Thank you a million times over Dr. B, Janice, Jenny and everyone at Glenn Mountain. without your exceptional care and love for my little miss Molly, I would have a huge hole in my heart. Bonnie L

My daughter brought her 1 year old dog to get spayed and died a few days later. They speak little english and were not hard to understand. Do NOT take your animals there. Don't take the chance of losing a loved one!

I LOVE this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Benipal, my cat is no longer ill. I trust him 100% and HIGHLY recommend him.

This clinic is horrible. Half the staff barely speaks english. They have no feelings. i don't even think they got their license in canada. They don't care about your pets AT ALL. I brought my cat there to get fixed and it he died. Then they proceed to tell me that I will still have to pay for the disposal fee and the neutering cost.

I have been going to this clinic for several years i find the staff very friendly & knowledgeable Dr Benipal is both caring and a very good vet I ask for him as I know he will never put a animal down if it is healthy I also know he does work when it is a stray in distress and takes the time to find a good home for it

My cat was recently brought to glenn mountain for breathing problems, because i wasent available to take her my brother and sister brought her in, Dr. kataria saw my cat and diagnosed her with heart and lung problems and was going to charge my younger siblings 650 dollers when he still wasent sure what was wrong with her. i feel he took advantage of them beacuse they were so young and in the end they had to make the decision to put her down because they were given no other choice. the next day are two other cats were brought to a diffrent vet for the same reason and were diagnosted with a virus that could be helped with just some meds. i will never bring my animals to this vet again, they took advantage of 2 young children and gave no other option but to put a cat down that if they diagnosted properly would still be here.

Our dog became seriously ill and we were very thankful to find a Vet open on the weekend. Sadly, that's the only positive thing I can say. Several different staff were working so there was little to no follow-through. Staff were uncaring and demonstrated a lack of compassion. The vet offered several different explanations of what might be wrong with our dog but little in terms of what we should do. Staff appeared unknowledgeable and had little to no concern for our dog. We brought her in for x-rays/blood work and to give her IV. They didn't hook-up the IV for over 5 hrs. Words cannot express how painful it is to know your beloved dog sat alone in a cage for all that time with no treatment. We were also desperately awaiting test results to see if we could save our dog and they didn't even call us when the results came in. They are all about ordering tests but do little to nothing to treat the animals. They made a very difficult situation more painful.

scheduled and drop in service has been great. they followed up to see how our dog was doing after a prescription and after surgery. They called to inform us we hadn't picked up the flea meds we paid for. They did push the vet food but when we told them no thank you not interested, they stopped. I know 5 other people that take there cats and dogs there and are happy. We have a giant breed dog and they are great with him.

I have gone to Glen Mountain for about 10 years, with multiple animals. I always justified it with a "well, they are cheap..". But really, when you have to continue going back for unessisary follow-ups, the cost is just as much as a good veterinarian. About a year ago, I started having reservations. They never taught me preventative care, like brushing teeth, or a good diet, never spoke to me about the predispositions of the breed of dog I have, didn't even explain why a certain medication was being prescribed to my dog. I always felt very confused and unknowledgeable about my dog's condition. I recently entered the veterinary care field, and know the small things that are standard in good clinics, (like heating pack when they wake from anaestesia because they are always cold and bp drops), are non-exisistant there. Their assistants are quite unknowledgeable, and the one at night is not very nice.

I agree with the other rating, Dr. Benipal is the Dr. to request. The others don't seem to care as much, and I always feel they do things unneccessarily. Dr. Benipal is always caring, does what needs to be done and their prices are very fair considering the amount of work they do!

I have been to glenn mountain many times. Usually it has been for major surgeries for my animals or when my normal vet is not in town. Dr. benapal is the vet to always request. I don't really like the other vets but Benapal is awsome! He treats my animals so well! My small dog had to go in for surgery and when we showed up without calling the staff was carrying her around like a baby. Everyone knew her by name (and she isn't a friendly dog) but they treating her like a human. I do admit that sometimes the front staff seems to take forever to help you and sometimes even when the office is empty you are sitting for 30min just to get into a room. Also when I've delt with Dr.Benapal he has given me special discounts when I told him I could not afford something. He said to me once "i'd rather fix the animal then have her in pain" So if you go there, book in for Dr.Benapal!
