I took my sick cat there to get put down. I thought I was doing the humane thing, where he could pass away peacefully. It was awful. She did not sedate him so as soon as he felt the prick he fought for his life and attacked my husband and the vet. She didn’t offer my husband any kind of antiseptic for the wound. She ended up sedating him after that and left us in the room alone, but because he was so worked up he remained alert. We had to pin him down while she tried 3 veins in 3 different legs. He was hissing, growling and howling in ways I had never seen him do. My last image of him is looking back at me hissing with hate. I’m also 7.5 months pregnant so this was a very unsafe situation for the vet to put us in. She blamed us for not warning her that he would be like this. How were we to know? Isn’t she the experienced one? We just wanted him to pass peacefully and we were robbed of that. It was traumatic for him, he was so scared and in a lot of pain. My heart is broken.

Dr. Melanie is awesome to say the least. She very compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable vet. She has treated all 3 of my dogs along with a litter of puppies. On 3 occasions she has seen my one dog on an emergency basis and has always seen him. Her rates are very reasonable and the care is exceptional. Having a vet with an impeccable skill set who is dedicated and reliable is more than anyone could ask for

Dr. Roth has worked on both my dogs when they were hurt. Both times she responded promptly and met me at her clinic in the eve. My 2nd dog was hurt bad and she did an awesome job. She called me with updates and saw him for after care appts at no cost. Her and her staff have saved 2 of my dogs.

Dr. Roth did ACL surgery on my much loved Jack Russell Terrier. She gave me a very competitive quote and called me twice during the surgery to give me updates and get my consent to continue. My little guy got excellent care from Dr. Roth. She truly loves animals and took lots of time to discuss the procedure with me and make sure all our concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to take my dogs to her and I recommend her highly.

An excellent vet. The vet clinic has seen all of my pets. They handled euthanasia for two of my cats with great diplomacy, tact and caring. I received a sympathy card in the mail! Truly the best anywhere with reasonable prices for all types of treatments. The clinic explains All Of Your options. They are all wonderful. Truly some of the best people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend to anyone who has a pet that they love and want the best treatment for.

Dr.Roth is an amazing lady that cared for every animal that comes in. When we had to put my chocolate lab down she cried with me. She has had to do this so many times and for her to show affection like that is truly amazing!!

Dr. Roth has treated my pets for 15 years. I find her excellent with regard to outlining ALL options and understanding when someone is unable to choose a costly solution. Her staff are friendly, the office is nice and clean and my dogs have had positive outcomes, except when there was no hope, and the euthanasia was handled with great compassion and concern for all of us.

Dr. Roth is a very dedicated an caring vet. She has worked for us for years with our cattle and pets and is always willing to come out and help even in the middle of the night. I find it hard to believe that she has been on call for her clients 24/7 for so many years and is still able to provide such good service. She even got up in the middle of the night to do a cesarian on my dog a few days ago!

Dr Roth is rude and inconsiderate... She does not come out to a call unless it is convenient for her at the time.. I don't find her very professional at all...

Dr. Roth is fantastic - she listens and is willing to learn. IHAC services are comprehensive and affordable. I moved back to the city, but will gladly drive the 45 mins to get to the clinic, just to have her and the fantastic staff assist my animal.
