Cheri Capparelli made many medical mistakes with my cat. I called her and told her my cat's eyes look different and not in a good way. I went on to say that high blood pressure can cause vision problems. She told me over the phone that she did not believe "clinically" my cat could have high blood pressure. Two days later my cat went completely blind. I took her to Dr. Capparelli and sure enough, my cat had high blood pressure. That was a huge error on her part. My cat was not blind when I called her. My cat could have been spared this. The staff is rude, Diane in particular. Anne Harris who owns the place is abusive and nasty. When I called her to speak to her about Cheri Capparelli, she got abusive with me. Capparelli made lots of medical mistakes with my very elderly cat. ALOT. Do not let the quaint atmosphere of the place influence you.. They are not equipped for very sick animals. Capparelli was always tearful about her father! She was always dumping on me about his illness.

I love bringing my cats to this hospital. I drive much farther then I really have to just to take them here. They really make you and your pets feel like you are at home and in great hands. I highly recommend taking your furry family here. My only complaint would be that they are slightly pricier then other places but they make up for it through their excellent care. It always makes you feel special when your vet personally makes their follow up calls. An A+ clinic.
