Our dog got sick, and we were coming back from a long car trip. We called the Dr. at 8:00 on a Sunday AM, and met him at 9. The doctor was very professional, and did have do any unnecessary tests. He prescribed the medicines, and our dog got better. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Ratnoff.

I was extremely unhappy with this vet and his hospital. my dog injured her foot and acted as though it were broken in pain and refusing to use it. i quickly chose an emergency vet hospital since i have recently moved to the area and do not have a regular doctor. what a mistake!!! we sat with our dog an hour before being moved to an exam room where we sat another hour and a half listening to the staff joke and horse around apparently with nothing better to do. only to hear the doctor re-enter the office having apparently been at lunch while we sat with our dog and a possible broken foot!! the office was dirty, disorganized, and unprofessional. I expected more humane behavior from a vet hospital! i will never return!

This was my first visit with this office but so far the seem to be very nice and really care for the animals they treat. The staff was very kind and courteaous
