Cette clinique est horrible de A à Z. commençant par son propriétaire
Dr Allan et finissant par les techniciennes et les réceptionnistes.
Je suis allé le voir 3 fois et les RV que jai eu avec lui ne peuvent
pas être appelé une consultation. Tout est fait d’une façon
extrêmement rapide et négligente avec des conséquences sur la santé
d’animal. il pose un diagnostique rapide sans rentrer en détails.
C’est un travail mal fait, un travail à moitié. Il est tout le temps
débordé. Ces petits prix attirent normalement les gens. Évidement il
n’a pas le temps pour rentrer en détails, pour essayer de creuser
plus, pour répondre aux questions, etc. Tout est fait à la hâte. Vous
n’avez pas le droit de lui poser des questions. C’est lui qui examine
et c’est quelqu’un d’autre qui fait la chirurgie, jamais la même
personne. Bcp de choses qui sont pas conformes, entre autre, la tenue
de dossiers. En fin bref, ils ont une attitude exécrable et
dégueulasse. Service à la clientèle Zéro.

This Allan doctor is diabolically possessed. He is rude and impatient on the phone. In person, he is creepy and avoids talking to you. On purpose he lied about an ultrasound he received... said it's beyond his capacity to understand, lied about what it said... I have never seen anything like it and I am totally puzzled how he is still able to be in business? The older receptionists are also rude. I am suing him right now and making a complaint to the order of vets. Some of the other staff there are great tho.

Client for 3 decades.Dr Roche always inept/arrogant but Dr Allen was amazing vet.DR Roche performed major ear canal surgery on our dog & REFUSED to prescribe antibiotics for dog with history of serious chronic infections. Rushed her back to vet 4 reconstructive surgery when her infected ear canal collapsed.Took my own YorkTzu for check up/shots.When dog squirmed while having temp taken,vet lifted his back legs off the table & jammed the thermometer brutally.Had "DR Allen only" added to all my files.Next DR Allen adv me to put my cat to sleep as she had "inoperable" cancer & wouldn't make it to Christmas, she died 5 YEARS later. Watched the staff mock/disrespect/ignore woman who rushed her dying cat for emergency help.Staff/Vet REFUSED to help cat who died in agony in the her arms in waiting room. Brought dog for tarter removal, they ripped out all his teeth w/o permission/refused to release him for 48hrs unsupervised/hemorrhaging, then demanded payment to release my mutilated dog.

Absolutely the worst animal hospital around. Rude and incompetent staff, I was yelled at by a crazy secretary because I questioned the legitimacy of the "services" offered. She threatened to keep my cat if I didn't pay, I told her to bill me, but give me my cat or I'd call the police. THEN she got my cat, who they claimed had a contagious disease, so they couldn't operate. As I prepared my cat in her travel bag, I was aggressively told my file was permanently closed and that I was no longer allowed on the premises ("sur les lieux"). I chuckled and said "thanks", so she yelled to the entire waiting room, "Don't go near him! His cat has an infectious disease!!". First, had their been a disease, my indoor cat would have contracted it at this clinic, considering she's never been in contact with another cat. Second, I just got back from a REAL vet who said she had a tooth infection and nothing more. How did the Taschereau staff miss that? After 30 years, I'm done with these clowns.

Was asked if I wanted to put down my brand new 9 month old Black Lab/Great mix (at his first check up) because he already had hip issues. I fixed with glucosamine. On another emergency visit, out cat died in my daughters arms because we were told we had to "wait" out turn. On another visit when picking up our cat after her spaying, her front paws were raw an bloodied from her trying to get out of her cage. NEVER again! Cheap? Yes! You get what you pay for.

Cheap bill for cheap diagnosis. I brought my dog there for a checkup after noticing something was definetley wrong with her. I took her there in the past for checkups because it seemed to be a cheap price for the service. I now realize that a cheap price comes with cheap vets that have limited knowledge, they do not treat dogs properly or even seem to care for them. The owner is arrogant and tries to escape the treatment of hard cases he cant handle. Their facility is dirty, most staff are not warm and intimidating. The vet that checked my dog was unprofessional, complaining about his job and his life instead of looking to examine properly my dying dog (he didnt even notice she was dying until we took her the next day to a top vet who did proper tests and diagnosis with love and care). I do not recommend this vet to anyone if you really care for your dog. Cheap doesnt mean good service. My dog past away. It was in agony and this stupid vet knows nothing about medecine.

Only go for vaccines, nothing serious. Pay the extra money for serious health issues. Avoid Dr. Allen if at all possible.

I have gone there with my 3yr. old Yorkie to have her teeth cleaned and was very happy with the treatment she received and was happy with the kind interaction with the staff - they are all so great. I will for sure go back. A big thank you to each and every one of you working there!

not a good experience at all! My 1 year old died while being operated for a simple surgery. Very mad and disappointed! Will not be going there ever again!!!

This vet saved the life of my dog back in 2006. He was 8 weeks old with parvovirus and had a 10% chance of survival. But he pulled through thanks to the staff at the clinic and Dr Bergeron. Thankyou

I dont know how anyone can say this vet place is bad. the price is great you do have to wait long for emergency but hey, if you dont like it go pay a crazy amount somewhere else or take an appointment. i brought my 22 yr and saw DR. Banimana and he was the best vet I ever saw. He was so polite and you can tell he genuinely loves animals and their welfare. I ve worked in vet clinics for 6 years and I found the vet I will go to for the rest of my life. people who say its infested with viruses and its unhygienic really need to understand that if that were the case that place wouldn't be open for 35 years.

Service from staff was polite and perfectly bilingual but a bit cold, we are leaving our best friend and need alot of assurance that they will be taken care of with love. The only time I had a smile and had someone look into my eye’s was as I was leaving with my precious puppy. I do have to say that they are very organized and wait time was minimal. I will for sure recommend using them and will also will be a repeat customer.

Sincèrement pour avoir vu tout ce qui se passe dans cette clinique je ne vous recommande vraiment pas d'y mettre les pieds... l'argent est la seule valeur là-bas et non les animaux! C'est vrai que c'est moins cher qu'ailleurs mais pensez-y bien c'est pas pour rien. Il n'y a pas de règle d'hygiène, d'aseptie. Imaginez les chirugies et les déclobages urinaires c'est l'enfer. C'est le meilleur endroit pour attrapper des virus comme le parvovirus ou bien non revenir avec des infections et pire encore. Sincèrement si vous aimez moindrement votre animal vous n'irez pas là... une personne qui s'y connaît moindrement en médecine vétérinaire ne vous conseillera pas d'aller là-bas!!

Même si c'était moins cher je regrette d'avoir fait opérer ma chienne la car elle est revenue avec une infection de plaie que j'ai du faire soigner pendant 3 semaines aux antibiotiques et elle était souilléee de selles sur les cuisses. On repassera pour l'asseptie.

S.V.P. n'allez pas a cette endroit si vous aimer moindrement vos animaux.. il y a un tas d'histoire d'horreur qui ce sont produit là et ce ne sont pas tous des personne fiables qui aimes vos petits conpagnons... oui c'est un petit peu moins cher mais vraiment il y a des risques je pense quand on parle de chirurgie et tout ce qui n'est pas simplement un petit vaccin..C'est mon avis, moi je suis allé pour des vaccins seulement et c'est très malpropre et l'odeur est très forte alors en dehors des vaccins et encore là, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le coup de vouloir sauver quelques dollards si on va probablement être pris pour le réinvestire ensuite parce que notre animal attrape une bactérie ou je ne sais quel autre chose!
