This is the BEST vet I've ever been to. 100 stars. I never, ever write reviews, but the service, compassion, and level of knowledge of everyone at NECC has not only impressed me mightily, but I am certain that the vet, Dr. Richter, has given my kitty a good chance at having a long life after catching a disease early based on very subtle signs that something was wrong. It's rare these days to encounter people like the NECC vets and staff, who make time for you and your concerns and never make you feel like you're getting in the way of their busy schedule. NECC has been absolutely outstanding.

What an amazing group of people who work at NE Cat Care. Every cent paid is worth it. The Doctors and technicians will spend a great amount of time listening to your concerns and answering your questions. They truly care about the well being of each patient they see. They definitely cover all their bases when it comes to treating the cats and leave no step or issue uncovered. This is the place to go if you have a cat in the New Haven area.

This vet recommended me to a vet in the area who fasley advertises he is a dental specialist. The referral was a HORRIBLE experience by someone who turned out NOT to be a vet specialist. This place did not do their homework on who they refer to!

Great doctors. When I could not longer afford them--they are expensive--I explained that I was switching to a vet who was not so expensive. They understood and told me that they would always be available for consult should I need it. Parting with them was sad, but I was so touched that they didn't get defensive about the reason I left...and they certainly left the door open if i should ever want to return.

Yes, they are expensive, but totally worth it. They spend a TON of time on each kitty and offer the most advanced care. The doctors and their staff care passionately about their patients.

Very nice place. Doctors Richter and Arcuri are very nice and knowledgable. The staff is friendly and caring. You get what you pay for.
